Most people do not know what happens to their garbage after it leaves their home. This lack of awareness limits conscious waste habits and reduces public participation in responsible disposal.

I turned a confusing, mostly invisible waste system into a simple story users can follow. From research to final UI, I mapped each state’s waste journey and shaped it into a clear, engaging digital experience.
